Having founded the company on domestic cleaning, this area of our service is held close to our hearts.
At Cookies, we recognise that we are sending our operators into your home, not a public building or construction site. With this in mind, we hand pick our team members with a friendly and respectable approach to their work. We are conscious that you are accepting an unknown person into your home and will therefore make every attempt to supply the same operative on every occasion, giving you confidence to sit back, relax and let Cookies do the work!
Before we send anyone to you, a member of the senior team will visit you at a time that is convenient to yourself in order to establish what is required and build a list of tasks that will be performed. On the first visit, we will ensure that your new operative introduce themselves to you, discuss the agreed duties to be completed and how they will be performed and return to you once the work has been completed to make sure you are happy with everything.
All of our operatives come fully trained, insured and have passed a disclosure check (such as CRB).
